Day 2 – YTT

Day 2 started at 5.30am, with a hot lemon ginger drink, after which we had a meditation class. My roomie told me it gets pretty cold in the morning so I should layer up! So all dressed in White we sat for morning meditation. Find it difficult to sit cross legged for so long, and it fact I’m also finding it difficult to meditate, keep thinking about everything else!

After which we had a yoga asana (postures class). The class was good and in no time I was warmed up, a little bit achey from the previous day.
