Today I tried to Be silent for the whole day. Surprisingly it was very refreshing, and it also gave me some time for me, I actually started reading some of the yoga books we have been given.
I cut myself of social networking and communication with my boyfriend, family and friends and have restricted my communication with other people at yoga school. I had a bit of talk in my yoga class and with my roomate, but only necessary things.
Everybody is practicing silence at meals.
My evening yoga class seems to have benefited a great deal from this, I was able to be more focused and even found it easy to let my thoughts go, very interesting.
