Earlier this year I worked with Ted’s Grooming Room to help them think about user experience for their new responsive website. Initially I spent time talking to them working out how the various parts of the site would work. Together we scoped out user interactions with the website, the site hierarchy and how this would translate to their customers’ experience. I then went on to use the 960 grid system to develop them some wireframes which demonstrate how the site would work responsively. The wireframes are now being used as a base for the new website.
