Virgin Media – Faults Journey Responsive Redesign

I worked on this project at Virgin Media to re-design a part of their website that allows customers to diagnose/fix their technical issues online and through their mobile devices. Through this project I was involved in:

• Scoping out user journey with the UX designer/helping define user interactions
• Working with stakeholders throughout the business to help define the best experience that is viable
• Defining visual style that will be used through the redesigned journey and working out if we there are instances when an adaptive design is needed vs responsive
• Creating developer-ready desktop/tablet and mobile visuals for implementation
